Appreciated inclusive and enjoyable breakfasts, and fairly clean hotel.
Dong'an Mall was centrally located steps away from the hotel. The atmosphere created was special. The room itself was reasonably sized and had a magnificent view of the Beijing skyline.

Fairly large good value hotel with a good and handy location close to food places and The Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, mall, restaurants and the subway and a phony night club. Centrally located to the nearby mall for the many great restaurants at a very reasonable price, truly enjoyed this place.

As women traveling alone, we felt very safe and secure during our stay. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially Bryan at the front desk. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the Forbidden City. The inclusive breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options including made-to-order omelettes and crispy bacon. The housekeeping services were excellent, and the hotel's lobby smelled amazing. We also enjoyed the facilities, such as the swimming pool and spa.
Felt very secure, no reason to complain.

Location was good and the room at 912 with the view of the Forbitten City was fantastic. Room is spacious, forniture little out of fashion now, but good enough, nothing broken. Details like scissor, tapes, free bottled water were a nice touch.
I thought the entrance hall poorly iluminated. The place were you check in and check out specially dark.
